Welcome to iQuni Engineering Consulting
iQuni Engineering Consulting is an integrated multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, BIM, Project Management and Construction Supervision services across Egypt, the GCC and Africa.
Founded by three partners with extensive experience gained in leading international and regional consultancies, iQuni was established to combine technical depth with practical delivery excellence. What began as a focused structural engineering and BIM practice has evolved, in response to client demand and strategic vision, into a full-service consultancy capable of supporting projects from concept through construction.
Our teams bring proven capability on complex reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, aluminium and mixed-structure projects, while expanding architectural design and MEP engineering capacity to provide coordinated, efficient and cost-effective solutions. We work flexibly — either as a single multidisciplinary partner or by mobilising specialised expertise — always balancing safety, quality, technical excellence, programme and budget.
